All selections are documented to ensure accuracy during construction.
Step 4
Permits & Pre-Construction
Behind the scenes, we coordinate everything needed to build.
This includes permitting, engineering reviews, site preparation, and scheduling. We confirm timelines and logistics before breaking ground so construction runs smoothly.

Construction

Before closing, we complete a detailed walkthrough together.
We review every space, address punch list items, and confirm everything meets our standards - and yours.
This step ensures a confident transition into your new home.

Closing & Move-In
Closing day is where everything comes together.
After months of planning and building, you receive the keys and step into a home built specifically for you. We walk through final details, confirm everything is ready, and make sure you feel confident settling in.
